JOB PURPOSE:

• Develop and maintain IT applications framework to enhance PSMB's business processes.
• Plan IT strategy and ensure its effective implementation to meet the PSMB's strategic goals of elevating the customer engagement platform.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To design and build mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms using native and hybrid technologies.
• Defines application objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning application features and functionality.
• Designs and develop application user interfaces for internet or intranet by setting expectations and features priorities throughout software development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests with the team.
• Develop IT plans and initiatives to ensure alignment to overall corporate and IT strategies in meeting PSMB's business objectives.
• Handle maintenance of mobile apps such as bug fixes and version updates.
• Ensure work delivered in timely manner.
• Effective and work quickly with team members.
• Train external and internal user for the new and current application.
• Undertake other such reasonable duties required by the Management.

QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCES:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of developmental languages such as PHP, PYTHON, IONIC, FLUTTER, HTML, XML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, SQL, HTML5, JQUIRY and etc. All language stated is a MUST.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in iOS Mobile Application Development using Swift and XCode for iOS, or Android Mobile Application Development using Java/Kotlin/Flutter and Android Studio for Android, or in Mobile Application Development using JavaScript frameworks such as React Native and NativeScript.
• Meticulous in code discipline, able to quickly write code that is good, functional, clean and consistent.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Independently and frequently keep up-to-date on recent front-end mobile technologies and developments.
• Keenly sensitive to the factors that lead to good UI/UX on a mobile application.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Candidate must be willing to work in HQ Office at Damansara Heights.
