What will your role be:

• Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues in the production environment by working with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (including designers, developers, and product teams) to deliver products and features.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation to meet project schedules.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and realign priorities according to changing requirements.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other team members.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

• Students from the graduating class of 2024, preferably with past internship experience.
• Have a solid foundation in C/C++/Java/Kotlin, understand basic algorithms/data structures in applications, and understand basic design patterns;
• Fluent in the English language, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin is preferred to collaborate effectively with counterparts from the Chinese team, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast paced multinational company, cooperate and communicate well with colleagues across countries and departments.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and independent to work well under pressure.
• Willing to learn, excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
