About The Job

As a Backend Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our mission-critical applications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that exceed the clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code.
• Develop server-side logic and APIs for our web and mobile applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Node.js ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Tyepscript frameworks, particularly Node.js.
• Experience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
