✍️ Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Advanced Development: Design, develop, and optimize Python applications to meet business needs and enhance functionality.
- Code Review: Review code of peers for standard compliance, functionality, and optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, architects, and product managers to ensure cohesiveness and quality in product development.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software challenges, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Optimization: Refactor and optimize existing codebase for better performance and scalability.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for new and existing features.
- Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in information systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the development and implementation using Vue.js/Python.
- Primary Skills
- Knowledge of Front-end languages/frameworks (e.g., JS, Typescript, Vue.js)
- Strong Python and web development experience (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
- Proficient in REST API development and integrating with 3rd-party services
- Experience with Relational Database Systems (especially PostgreSQL), Docker/ Containerised deployments, RESTful APIs (e.g DRF), Gitlab/GitHub, CI and Testing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Good IT security awareness is highly desired.
- Good adaptation to new technology and willingness to learn.
- Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin are mandatory.
- Experience in finance industry and/or payment gateway is a plus. Job Benifits
