Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Meetings: Lead and conduct detailed meetings with clients to understand their HRIS needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Product Expertise and Design: Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of Links products and services, recommending the best HRIS solutions that meet client requirements. Participate in HR product design discussions, ensuring that new or enhanced products align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Project Documentation: Develop thorough project documentation, including plans, requirement specs, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (development, support, project manager) to communicate project needs and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the technical solution implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in line with client specifications.
  • Training and Support: Provide essential training and ongoing support to clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing their understanding and utilization of implemented systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for resolving any project or system-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation to identify improvement opportunities in processes, products, or services.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on HRIS trends, technology advancements, and competitive insights to continually enhance consultancy and advice.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or impact on quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or a related field.
  • HRIS Knowledge: Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM/HRMS systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ETL processes, databases, and API integration. Familiar with SQL query.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a business analysis or HRIS consulting role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Python, Django, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Power Platform (Fabric, Power Automate, Logic App) is advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with payroll systems or HR software preferred.
  • Language: Proficient in English required; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
