Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
CRM Developer with
4 years of experience who has expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or any other CRM platform) and
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for
developing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions to enhance business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize CRM functionalities, ensure data integrity, and develop efficient data integration solutions using SSIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and implement SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications, databases, and APIs.
- Ensure data integrity, migration, and transformation between CRM and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance and data issues.
- Automate workflows and business processes within CRM.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights using CRM tools.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed in CRM development.
- Provide support, documentation, and training for CRM users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM development (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms).
- Strong experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate (for Microsoft CRM).
- Strong SQL skills for writing queries, stored procedures, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and business rules.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration.
- Experience in data migration, transformation, and validation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders.
