What you will do:

  • Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology
  • Provide L1-L2 technical support to customers, including login issues, general platform troubleshooting, and user inquiries
  • Record logs and gather relevant technical data to support issue resolution
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of support cases
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in technical support roles
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Ruby, Node.js, or Elixir
  • Hands-on experience with QA testing processes
  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Understanding of automated testing methods, including performance, load, and stress testing
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
