Duties and responsibilities: -Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion and ensure projects are completed in full, within budget and in line with pre-determined timescales.  -Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables.  -Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. -Ensure effective use of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile methodologies, to deliver high-quality projects. -Coordinate with internal and external teams, including web developers, designers, marketers, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. -Communicate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders -Managing or supporting a delivery team that will contribute smooth project delivery. -Provide regular project status updates to senior management, stakeholders, and clients. -Translating performance data into actionable insights for management. -Managing teams of individuals both within the company and without, to maximise performance and minimise potential problems -Understanding any relevant legislation, both locally and internationally, that can affect the legality of IT project implementation -Preparing and presenting project progress as well as challenges and solutions -Ensure compliance with project management best practices, policies, and procedures. -Mentor and coach junior project team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
