Our client is multinational insurance company who is looking for an IT Services delivery Manager. Here is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team covering multi region projects and operations.

This role: The candidate will come from 10 years of hands-on experience in technology, application space who has a good understanding of SDLC. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills, with a focus on delivering quality solutions within budget and on time. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in Computer Science, at least 7 years of IT industry experience, proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Node JS, and React JS/React Native, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and insurance domain experience. Will have hands on experience oversee the Agile development process, engage in project planning, and implement cutting-edge technologies for sustainable solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with users and senior management, conducting impact analysis, and ensuring system design quality. The candidate will also organize code reviews, manage system compatibility across platforms, and provide UX/UI design suggestions.
