About The Role

in this lead role, you will be instrumental in designing the architecture and driving the development of software applications, while also leading the team and overseeing client onboarding and ongoing support across the region.

About The Job

• lead and mentor software engineers, providing guidance and reviews throughout the software development process.
• create, develop, and sustain applications for IoT systems and mobile platforms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• design and implement robust deployment processes and solid software architecture frameworks.
• translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring they are viable and aligned with strategic goals.
• develop reusable code libraries to streamline and expedite future development efforts.
• perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and ongoing monitoring to maintain and enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of software projects.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant industry or similar role within a production environment.
• demonstrated track record working on sizable software engineering projects that required scalability.
• strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, with preferred expertise in Python.
• solid background in utilizing modern frameworks, particularly Flask, FastAPI, Django.
• experience in designing, developing, securing, and scaling REST APIs is advantageous.
• proven capability to deliver results and thrive in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
