What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining financial accounting software solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Technology stack – e.g., Java, .NET, C#, Python
• Ensure software solutions comply with financial regulations, security standards, and accounting principles.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand financial requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
• Implement best practices in software development, DevOps.
• Stay up to date with the latest financial technology trends, regulations, and security compliance.

You'll be shortlisted:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

✅ 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in financial/accounting software development.

✅ Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Java, .NET, C#, Python).

✅ Experience in database design and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

✅ Knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and compliance is a plus.

✅ Familiarity with API development and best practices.

✅ Proven leadership experience, mentoring junior developers, and driving development strategies.

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills..
