Working Days / Time       : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Summary

Contribute to the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and user experience.

Responsibility

·      Design and build high-quality applications for mobile hybrid platforms using Ionic Angular, Angular, Java or JavaScript.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

·      Work with outside data sources and APIs.

·      Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

·      Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

·      Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

·      Develop and provide idea on system improvement.

·      Multitask on development tasks for multiple projects at a time.

·      Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.

Requirements

·      Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent.

·      A minimum of 1 year experience in mobile development and have published at least one original Android app to show for portfolio.

·      Experience with Android SDK or Android Studio and Ionic Angular Framework, working with remote data via REST and JSON.

·      Experience with third-party libraries and APIs and proven expertise in Git, CI/CD, BitBucket and version control workflows.

·      Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

·      Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

·      Understanding of layout aesthetics and logical thinking.

·      Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·      Demonstrated ability to document work, procedures, and configurations effectively.
