Role Description  

We are looking to hire a contract-based Program Architect for our client based in Cyberjaya. In this crucial role, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining APIs using Microsoft technologies, driving innovation and ensuring the success of our digital initiatives. You will leverage your deep understanding of microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies to deliver value across multiple sprints.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using Microsoft .NET Core technology.
• Possess in-depth proficiency in the C# language.
• Implement microservices architecture principles and best practices for efficient application development.
• Utilize Angular framework to build user-friendly and interactive interfaces.
• Work with stored procedures and database objects in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps environment.
• Approach challenges with a strong solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative project environment.
• Champion digital transformation by actively driving adoption of new tools and mindsets.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and foster knowledge sharing.
• Manage integration-specific deliveries across multiple sprints, ensuring alignment with spend estimates.
• Utilize estimation techniques to manage story points and budgets for delivered features.
• Apply strong problem-solving and prioritization skills to manage complex projects.
• Possess thorough understanding of all SDLC and release management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server database management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and a strong understanding of DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience working in an agile environment.
• Bonus: Experience with DevOps TFS.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and exceptional communication abilities (written and verbal).
• Keen attention to detail with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
