In addition to fantastic engineering abilities, you will have:

· Drive full application lifecycle: architecting, code, debug, and drive technical project execution.

· Proactively adapt applications to new requirements, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring alignment with market needs.

· Lead the execution of complex tasks within feature development, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and serving as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers.

· Collaborate with product and design teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and innovative feedback throughout the development process.

· Stay at the forefront of technology by continually expanding knowledge of tools, trends, and best practices to enhance the competitive edge of the product.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Degree holder, preferably in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.

· Minimum of 6 years working experience.

· Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL (3-4 years)

· Learning proficiency with Cloud infrastructures e.g. Google Cloud, AWS, Azure (including Docker and Kubernetes)

· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming

· Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM and Restful

· Familiarity with CI/CD

· Familiarity of utilizing Redis for effective memory or cache management

· Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead development teams through complex projects.

· Advanced knowledge of software architecture and system design.

· Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests

· Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

· Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms.

· Familiar with PSQL and MySQL

· Native verbal and written level of English.

· Collaborative attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams.

· Stickler for high-quality code and clean architecture.

· Good communication skills and creative thinking.

· Comfortable working in an Agile way, and to self-manage tasks and work flow.
