Role and responsibilitiesLead the development of modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular.Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and testing.Plan, allocate, and manage team resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, Backend Engineers and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems, maintaining end-to-end system reliability.Implement and enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.Write unit tests and support end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements and introduce innovative ideas to the teamFacilitate and promote Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring continuous delivery and improvementStrong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in optimizing high-performance applications.Experience with modern build tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, and Angular CLI.
