Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing applications and services.
2. Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the Software stack.
3. Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
4. Remain current on new technologies; Evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
5. Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
6. Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
7. Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
8. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
9. Experience in working with offshore users and development teams.
10. Experience in HR System will be an added advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in Software Design & Development.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Diploma/Higher Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
• Good knowledge of:
• C#, ASP.NET, MVC.NET, .NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, API
• MS SQL(Stored Procedure), Azure SQL.
• HTML5, CSS, Ajax, Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery, React.js, Node.js.
• Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing enterprise systems.
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Ability to document business requirements and convert into technical solution design.
• Experience in Azure cloud platform will be an added advantage.
• Experience in DevOps and application containerization will be an added advantage.
