Job Description
The EGUL Platform Delivery IT Engineer is role that involves working with cross-functional product teams from various Global Business Support Center to design and deliver Hosting and Platform solutions to meet our business customer needs.
The role will require you design and develop hosting/platform infrastructure solutions, manage and maintain existing on-premises/cloud infrastructure and provide consultation/recommendation on new technology implementation for our business customers.
As a member of the team, you will also need to work and collaborate with various stakeholders such as technology architects, application developers, business customers, project managers, and other infrastructure teams to understand business requirements to design and implement the solutions to help deliver customer/business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop infrastructure solutions for our customers based on the use cases and requirements that has been defined.
- Solid understanding implementation of CI/CD pipelines on tools such as GitLab CI
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform for implementing the solutions that has been designed.
- Develop automation using modern configuration/automation/self-service tools i.e.: Ansible, Terraform to enforce configuration management on our deployed infrastructure.
- Provide L3/Engineering support for both on-premises and cloud hosting infrastructure to our Managed Service Provider (MSP) that are supporting day to day operational activities for our hosting & platform infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure availability and reliability of hosting and platform services.
- Implement security policies and procedural best practices across all infrastructure components to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Use Agile methodologies to manage requirements and resources, changes in requirements and team synergy.
- Provide rotational on-call support during after-office-hours and weekends which includes responding/troubleshooting infrastructure issues/incidents from tickets, email, or phone calls with users or other support groups/vendor.
Primary skill set
3-5 years' experience in supporting
- Windows/Linux Servers
- Modern Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Automation using Ansible and Terraform

- Backend developer skills: Powershell & Python
