Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy software applications in accordance with the business needs and requirements.
• Work closely with analysts and business process owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain the highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, system development, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code.
• Participate in programming, data querying or low code solutions and systems for custom solutions, such as report customization and dashboarding or application customization or configuration.
• Assist the business users and project team in defining the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
• Work professionally and effectively to deliver and maintain application services to clients.
• Professional in HR or ERP functional domain.
• Multi-task management and collaboration.
• Provide timely updates to project / team leaders and keep management and leadership apprised of any risks and issues related to the area(s) of responsibility and work.
