Summary
This role is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end system analysis and solution design for customer and credit origination platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics. It combines leadership, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of system analysts in delivering CRM capabilities and strategic projects.
- Analyze and define detailed functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and vendors to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and architectural standards.
- Drive cross-functional analysis and solutioning across business lines and technology teams.
- Develop and maintain system feature inventories, data maps, and technical documentation.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee the creation and review of technical design documents, ensuring compliance with security and architectural guidelines.
- Support SIT and UAT phases, including defect analysis, validation, and resolution.
- Facilitate threat modeling and ensure implementation of appropriate safeguards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Manage project risks, escalate issues, and propose effective resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6โ9+ years of experience in CRM system delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior analyst role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, Leads, Lending).
- Familiarity with related technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, WebSphere MQ, React JS, and integration tools.
- Experience in both Waterfall and hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage.
