Job Responsibility

User Research

Research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors. Synthesize research data to inform design decisions.

Site Map planning & Content Structure Planning (Wireframe & Prototyping)

Develop intuitive and scalable site maps and information structures. Ensure logical flow and organization of content.

Interactive & visual design

Design efficient and engaging interactions across different device interfaces.

Create wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interaction models. Ensure designs are visually engaging and communicate effectively.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers, marketers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to implement designs.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Manage UX projects from concept through completion. Ensure timely delivery of design phases within budget and scope.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design , particularly with websites.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful projects that improved user experience and business metrics.
• Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in UI design & UX design are a plus.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, photoshop & illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, wordpress and webflow or others CMS is advantageous.
• Strong ability to analyze user data and insights from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, hotjar, heatmaps).
• Ability to articulate design decisions and process clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions. Capacity to work through constraints and push the boundaries of UX.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and project requirements.
• Willingness to continuously learn and apply new UX trends and practices.
